Looks like a temporary fill for the expansion of Viradx and Febridx in the US. Means the costings for the increase in team was only a short 3 month period, so we could assume next quarterly, that the outlay for expansion wont be there in the new quarterly. But product may remain selling, so a reduction in cost, and steady inflow of product sales.
