let me start the guessing re the half year

the q3 revenue was $4mill; if q4 is also $4 mill, we have $8 mill for the half year; that will eclipse by a lot any prior half year

Now let us guess the margins will be at least 60% as $3 mill of the revenue (the IP) has NIL costs; so we will have $4.8 mill as gross profit ($8 mill x 60%); again any prior half year is eclipsed

The opex they say they continue the same 'lean' operation, so we can assume $5.7 mill, I guess; note they were ramping up production in Dec or so, so there was not a big bump in spending on inventory creation - as far as they reported; perhaps we can say $6 mill OPEX

This leads to an EBITDA of MINUS 2 mill; $8 mill revenue less $6 mill OPEX; the best EBITDA to date

I think these yellow finance costs are not repeating - cost re convertible buy out; so the npat may be minus $2 mill and another $1.5 mill, or $3.5 mill net loss; a big, big improvement

I am curious re the $600k for stage two of Hologic agreement. That revenue may fall (or a lot of it) in this half year. So the revenue from lessor ViraDx sales may be covered by that.

In any case, my opinion is the half year report will look much better than any prior half year. (I guess the better the report the more the share price will fall... YIKES)
