the ONE response I had from Jane, weeks and weeks ago, to my first ever 'I love Lumos, do a buy back' email was 'buy back is interesting, but if we need money in capital markets, it can be challenging'
Now I just took that as an off hand 'excuse'. And how they said, officially, 'we are being very conservative with our spend' did not mean to me 'we have some big plans for THAT IP money'. I hoped they were going to be a slow and steady ship. Maybe grandeur has gone to their heads. And some insider knows they did another OOPSIE (they nearly went broke because they spent 10s of million assuming FDA will be their mates). I sure hope they learned their lesson. Maybe not. And somebody knows something.
