You can ignore the single day increase on the 6th as that was the Phase 1 Completed Hologic announcement which is directly correlated to a day trade pump.
The 29Million share trade NEEDS TO BE EXPLAINED as it makes NO SENSE why that was able to trade without a notice of some sort. It was literally $1MillionAUD trade. How does that not quantify some explanation?
The fact is, this has been screwed with since the capital raising which is a big question mark also.
PVM were substantial holders to begin with. Company goes to PVM for CR cash and the company agrees to average price on "X" date. PVM dump their shares from .10c to .07c to accumulate more on the placing. Buy back in on the way up and then dump it again on the Henry Schein news.
Us dumb money is then left with the proverbial banana in hand wondering why the SP has no value growth in 12 months.
The company needs to approach a different fund for money if needed and dig into their own pocket to buy back on market.
