I've thought about dipping my toes in for a quite awhile but am still yet to pull the trigger (luckily).
Judging by the chart there's quite a bit of performance shares that get dished out which is the fun thing with these stocks, not so fun if you're a regular investor. So i'd be selling every time a milestone is hit and buying back once all the performance shares have been dumped.
I do like what management have achieved so far though.
Just my two cents.
