    The word on the grape vine is the brokers punished the board for releasing a pump announcement. At 10 cents an announcement was released regarding a distributor sign up. The pre market depth was loaded with fake buys up to near 11 which were then pulled and the dump began. What is the motive here is someone trying to punish Perrinal for capping in hopes they dump at a certain draw down? Are the brokers here forcing a dilutionary spiral? Do the fundamentals indicate A CR will be needed without hologic pay outs?
