The way I understand the put through also is how you explained it. Seems a bit like "x" and "y" using the same nominee and "x" wanting out and trading to "y" at a fraction below fair value on the daily trade.

I think the question is though, who has $1Million worth of share to flick around for a client? There are only a few in the company holding such stock and its still a top 20 holder. Maybe Planet Innovation with the two entities listed on the Top 20, or people who trade with PVM switching owners?
