Hawk, the grumpiness here is the 18-24 month 'play' started when it was 10 cents. It was artificially crashed to below 7 cents, then to below 3 cents. That was an artificial, created crash.

Management, if they really wanted a big cap raise, could have done the BIG ONE at 7 cents, when the share was 10 cents. Instead they did the cap raises in two bites to fully crash the price (along with pee'ing off PVM who, I am sure, HATE Lumos).

So any of us long timers are upset the price is any number under 10. We were duped. I tripled my holdings out of spite in the 3s and 4s. As I buy on fundamentals. I hate the drama and cloak and daggers (and technicals) that are guiding this price. Lumos has a product. The have a market. They do services. They have contracts. Blind Freddie can see what happened.

If a take over shows up in the next 6 months, one can know it was in the planning for a long time before then.

The quarterly 'tone' will interest me. We actually know what the revenue will be. We know what the margins are. We know what the cash position will be. All the fundamental stuff is known. Will the tone show the solid fundamentals and trumpet the future. Or will the quarterly be subdued in tone.

I cannot believe in the half yearly the headline was not 'Six Months of EBITDA profit'. They ignored the most important number. (in my HFO (humble, fundamental, opinion)
