re the end of ViraDx because Chinese companies can make it at 1/3rd the price
1) in 2024, (Anti) Modern Slavery policy is a big thing; if China is making a product at 1/3rd the price, I will bet those companies do not pass scrutiny of how they look after their workers
2) I would worry the quality of a product made under wraps - do you trust what you are actually buying
And, dare I wonder, if the manufacturing price is $5 vs $15, is the end user willing to pay an extra $10 knowing they are buying a non-slavery product and a product that is guaranteed to be functional (all the products manufactured, now just a sample put up by the manufacturer)
