    tug of war between the note holders and the shareholders until that issue gets resolved. the note holders have a very strong interest in keeping it down and 45 million share that they can sell at a 5 bag profit to keep it down.

    we and the company have a strong interest in getting this resolved ASAP, and the money is in the bank so let's go!
