    I've said this before... Upscale deals will take some time especially for the US market... Its the worlds biggest market for healthcare. I did say in my previous post a week ago that I believe this may get to 4-4.5c and base for a decent while.

    Hologic I think are in talks re US market and its just a waiting game. LDX did state they expect a deal/movement closer to end of year.
