    re when the big contracts are announced, I will guess in the week or two prior there will be some big buying and uplift in price; then when the news breaks the price will spike and the guys who got in a week or two before the announcement will simply dump for a nifty 15%-20% gain; if you are an insider with this company, you will make a LOT of money in the next 6 to 12 months on buy dump and dump buy.
