    I do think MC is too low... no doubt about that and not disputing that. My concern is we have Henry schein and hologic deals in Europe and if HS doesn't get first picks then it would make people wonder. Shareholders would expect nothing less in my opinion. Anyways we don't know what we don't know so I sit here and wait like the rest of us.
