    LDX procures AT1 husk for Febridx test kit. IP and FDA approval lies with LDX.

    LDX can change outsourced arrangement with AT1 to continue FebriDx as and when it makes sense, but AT1 cannot continue FebriDx without LDX.

    I'd liken it to Coca Cola outsourcing production to a third party. Where does the value and control sit?
