No one really knows about a stock, but sometimes expectations and FOMO kicks in the closer you get to certain dates like quarterly's and expected progress announcements.
With regards to further news, hopefully we find out soon.
On paper it seems undervalued, but the success of Lumos depends on agreements and sales of ViraDx, and especially FebriDx. Have a look at the last Webinar announcement for general info and likely future news.
