I think Lumos had everything ready to go including FebriDx units 2 years ago but didn't get FDA approval at the time. Probably covid had something to do with it, because imagine a test that distinguished the difference between bacterial and viral infection, it could have made the whole RAT tests confusing as to what the main diagnosis was, especially if you consider the immune response from blood vs saliva from an asymptomatic person.
