Exactly. So even relating to the US, unless process changes within the field, the US TAM means jack all also. As we know, primary sales were from Viradx. If people are unwilling to use the product or change processes, the product wont be used.
This is where the rest of world history comes into play. The UK has/had the product in over 100 pharmacies as a service to people without going to a GP office. The pharmacies may not be marketing or selling the product as a key point. People may not be interested if they are out of pocket at the pharmacy for the same cost as going to the GP anyway.
Many factors to consider outside of the company spewed selling pitch without the fine print.
