Planet Innovation has changed their strategy away from funding start ups, and wouldn't be putting money into the cap raise.
This situation puts the shares into the hands of a major shareholder who will fund the cap raise.
Maybe PI will participate with their remaining 22M shares using some of thecash they got from Tenmile? This would still leave PI with positive net cash from the two transactions ...
