Viradx should be selling itself by now given how long its been in market for and the ease of use. So outside of filling orders, I don't believe much else needs to happen.
Outside of all this, they have the women's health stuff, FFN and Burnet Liver test to work on. However the value for the Burnet work is worth bugger all at this stage and the FFN cash is already on hand. So unless they plan to fund the women's health stuff out of the cash from FFN, then the company is reliant on product sales improving dramatically and FFN resulting in the ongoing revenue (substantial at that) to ensure ongoing viability of the company.
As we discussed, cash runway requires a capital raise Q12025-26 or Q22025-26 if no further uptake in revenue is received.
