    At this stage. The previous low was .028 and it bounced off that previously too. Then it dropped to a new low of .026

    Unless a confirmation of reversal occurs, it could still go lower.

    We might see another neutral trend for a period, similar to each of the last drops to this level before a new uptrend.

    The above occurred when we dipped and had lack of news. The middle was in prep for the CR which occurred shortly after the PVM sell off (first orange).
