I would think FebriDx has a couple year runway before competitors appear (as they need all the studies and approvals).

Now, I am having a worry that 'the world' really does not care re AMR. That would be the main reason FebriDx is not being bought. FebriDx does fulfill the task of cutting back anti biotic prescriptions RIGHT NOW. It is up and running. And if it is not used it means the world does not care re AMR.

The GPs dont care because they can get through a patient every 2 mins if they just prescribe antibiotics.
The patients dont care because they are not aware of the immediate harm of antibiotics and certainly dont care about an AMR in 20 years.
Big pharma sure do not want less antibiotics prescribed.
Govts and public service are too stupid and lazy to do the right thing (other than having committees and reports)

The proof of my above statements are: look what happened with Covid and the 'vax'.... dont caring, and not knowing, GP order following, and big pharma vaxing, all run and directed by the no intelligent govts. What a great combo of clowns running the medical world. And you wonder why Fauci was 'pre pardoned'. Blind Freddie can see what happened.

And yet, the same bozos are in charge now, so, we have a product that is cheap and does what it says and is helpful (not harmful) to mankind. But it does not suit the bozo clowns.

What chance is there to change the bozo clowns. NIL.
