    Yeah I dont think that the instos would buy in and cut a loss of $10M.

    PVM didnt buy in this time as they would be over sold on this with 70+M shares with an average of .07c.

    Ryder can average down their position substantially at the current CR which is why they would have participated.

    Tenmile get an easy by in at .038 - the lowest point for all instos involved.

    The instos will want to see this increase from this point on.
