Been a rubbish day.
But calling the Company Secretary 'help' is a bit off.
I don't expect to call the office of a company I'm investing in and be told that the company had no record of this event.
Its a week away, so you would expect the person that would organise it - the company secretary - would actually been informed about it, yes?
