Just pointing out here, the secretary is just the help. She is a secretary for hire based in Melbourne who handles secretarial work for a number of other ASX companies (or had done) consecutively with Lumos. It could be that she was not updated by the company, or simply missed a memo. I would take it that Doug and Barrie would have an idea on their travel arrangements in advance of what Tracy would know.
