I think there is an area of concern with Binx - they just raised $60million so why suddenly give over 'distribution rights' to LDX.
They sold off their other arm, and just kept the POC range.

@FindMyBroker I know what LDX are supposed to be doing - as you said, manufacture of products for us and others - BUT, and here is my issue - without ongoing royalties, we are dependant on FebriDx sales and one-time IP agreements.

I thought - clearly as did others - that those contracts (Hologic, Burnett) would also provide Lifetime Royalties.

Either this is not the case, (which is a massive blow), or they just haven't communicated the royalties to share holders (which is very poor).

I still don't understand the Binx io deal.

If we are distributing their tests on their system, and customers like it - why would they then buy a new system and new test from us?

If Binx is selling up and we are replacing them - why on earth have they just raised $60mil?

There is a major piece missing - and when LDX want retail to invest, those pieces are probably vital....

I assume there is indeed a plan as Tenmile have just bought in, but goodness, it shouldn't have to be so damn difficult to find!
