You recall my drum banging on buy back... well I was correct, if they did not want to push all their chips on the waiver study. So at least it is clear why they did the CR and not the buy back. I dont agree, but it is clear what and why they did.
Now my next drum beat will be a share consolidation. No real company is a 3 cent a share company. Let us do a 100 to 1 consolidate then a $3.30 share cannot do THIS daily crap.
