PVM should be issued with a huge fine for preventing the progress of a stock, pure market manipulation with no intent to sell but hold the stock down.
This is orchestrated for a reason, possibly somebody working on behalf of another entity to cap the stock for accumulation or keep the SP low for a particular purpose, takeover through shares accumulation or hostile takeover of the entire company?
Just maybe being a bastard and wanting revenge or resenting the company for wasting their time and money?
If they really want to sell then get on with it at 3.3 cents during the day.
Whoever it is responsible they have stopped this companys progress for nearly a year and there must be something in the rule books about that.
I sent the snapshot of the trade to the Australian Shareholders Association and this is just one of many previously sent, they're currently putting a report together to present to ASIC
