There has been a constant 400,000 share opening trade each morning this week.
Someone accumulating the last week undder CR price.
One would think a substantial holding announcement would be due in the coming days given the substantial purchases from PVM sells?
Otherwise, you'd think people in the top 20 holders who don't have the substantial holdings may be accumulating at just under the 5% mark?
