I think most will find that given the number of retail holders having parcels greater than 100,000 shares (92% of holders and a heap likely in in the 500,000+ range), and the top 20 holding 55% of the company, any new investors or investors topping up need to up the price ante to see any substantial movement in the share price.
33% of the total shares available are held by PI, Ryder and PVM - unlikely to see substantial shift in their portfolios at this stage unless loss selling now / portfolio balancing.
Likely why even with nothing but relatively positive announcements, the share price is not moving as quickly north as some would like.
