Do you think holders would be happy for them to retain $3Million at the cost of dilution to support director wages and inflate cash holding on the quarterly reporting?
They should be using the funds to reduce the dilution of the shareholders and stimulate some SP growth.
The fact its back at this level, they would be lucky to get anything more from anyone if another raise was required.
