Just last month (October), LDX was able to attract a significant amount of institutional funds from at least two professional investment companies (Tenmile and Ryder Capital). The two investment companies together now own 36.9% of LDX. IMO, both of these two investment companies would have done their due diligence checks before agreeing to invest, and IMO they also would have had direct access to quiz and question senior management about LDX's business plans/strategy.
IMO, the fact that two separate institutional investors decided to buy up a large portion of LDX shares can be an indicator of the upside potential available in LDX shares at current prices.
