WHO Director-General Dr Tedros talks about the URGENT need to tackle antimicrobial resistance (AMR).

Quote: "concrete actions needed to tackle AMR, this includes.........reducing the unnecessary use of antimicrobials in healthcare and agriculture"

This is precisely the problem LDX is working on with FebriDX. With such a massive global focus on this problem, IMO, LDX is very well placed to successfully achieve a PLA code reimbursement on FebriDX (i.e. USA govt covering part/whole of medical clinic's cost of buying and using FebriDx), and then also successfully achieving the FDA CLIA waiver (meaning many more USA clinics are able to freely use the product).

IMO, most logical and non-emotional analysts would agree that a significant amount of ground work has been achieved by LDX.

Looking forward for the next few key achievements to come through, and looking forward to LDX reclaiming some of its upside share price potential in the near term.

As discussed earlier, just two weeks ago, world leader gathered in New York to commit to decisive action on combating antibiotic microbial resistance, including by providing funding and other forms of material support to this effort (LDX product, FebriDx directly addresses this problem).

IMO, there is good reason to have a bullish outlook on LDX, and with 63.09% of the company already held by the top 20 shareholders (IMO a very tightly held register), it seems that those who could be considered "smart money" also agree with a bullish LDX outlook.

The two investment companies together now own 36.9% of LDX. IMO, both of these two investment companies would have done their due diligence checks before agreeing to invest, and IMO they also would have had direct access to quiz and question senior management about LDX's business plans/strategy.

IMO, the fact that two separate institutional investors decided to buy up a large portion of LDX shares can be an indicator of the upside potential available in LDX shares at current prices.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is the govt department responsible for granting the LDX CLIA waiver (as per below image).

A successful CLIA waiver will reportedly open up the number of potential sites which can buy FebriDx from 18,000 sites pre-waiver, to 270,000 sites post-waiver. In monetary terms the total available market (TAM) will increase from US $118 million dollars per annum, pre CLIA waiver, to US $1.7 billion per annum, post CLIA waiver (see image below).
