    They've had capital tied up in their 68m shares in LDX for a couple of years, perhaps they have a good use for it and Tenmile came knocking looking to pick up a sizeable stake.

    They could have a cash crunch and need the funds. If you are really curious you could ask them, very unlikely you'll get an answer though.
