PVM cleared their substantial holding on the large retrace from .07 to .028 originally. Final holding was cleared around the TenMile announcement.
Unlikely further capital raisings are needed, if revenues continue to increase. If nothing increases or no other IP deals, they will need cash in 12-18 months. That is also assuming they complete the Hologic deal and provide a protype which works.
Also, whilst I believe they will get it, what happens if CLIA waiver isn't received? It could be delayed ongoing like the FDA agreement which would slow things down as well.
Need to look at the good and the bad when reviewing the next year.
