It’s good that you are doing your research but we often get biased towards our holdings thus overlooking the risks.
I wanted to analyse through your reason to see if they
are good signs to hold/buy LDX
1> Quest comfort with his holding because Twiggy is holding 3.8c a share : mate, these are big guys, stocks like LDX could simply be a gamble for them I.e high risk/reward stocks. They might have seen distant opportunity to 10x their investment upon LDX’s CLIA waiver.
But then it begs a question, if there was such big opportunity with LDX why did perennial sell their position after holding it for so long?
2> Top 20% owning 63.09% of the company shares - I think that’s pretty average on penny stocks. Also lot of these holders are from IPO price around $1.5 a share or something like that. Now , Question yourself, would you sell your stock when it’s lost 96% of its value. You certainly might want to free carry it in a hope it might perform some day. you might find this statement contradictory with my previous reason with perennial selling, but at this point you could do anything,sell/hold.
Top 20 holding is a reasonable factor to look in a stock. but in LDX’s case is little different. It looks pretty weak.
IMO I do not think only these 2 reasons are strong enough to buy/hold LDX.
I have read your other posts ,I can see you have done your due diligence with company. But you have done them after you bought shares that’s what your facts seem biased to fit your narrative.
If you had done equal amount of research on LDX and other 4-5 bio stocks. Your opinion about LDX would be lot different.
I hope LDX achieve what we are all hoping for. AIMO GLTAH
