I wonder if we (why us) could create a road map, with activities and goals and target dates. I guess internally Lumos have some idea what they are doing. But Lumos are behaving so much like politicians: they seem confused and without direction, but when asked how things are at a point in time they say....
"we are here and this is where we planned to be so we have managed all precisely to be where we are right now - we done good"
I wonder if we (why us) could create a road map, with activities...
