So Lumos (Paul), or let me call him Con, simply knew it would be approved NOW (or not). Correct? And the coupla days was never a planned event. They knew they would be cross walked, if approved. FMB, when was the cross walking approved... date? when public knowledge?

Should there be an announcement. FMB you found something that should be 'in market'. Not buried on some site you look at. Are you sure you are looking at it correctly.
