    I did my bit writing to the AMR dept of the public service.... no reply.... do not care

    when you say all WE need to do... I did my bit, has anyone else done theirs; and importantly has our freaking management been in contact with anyone... or is that 'up to the distributors'.... we have a bunch of camels managing the sales and marketing side... they should all be fired
