I have a theory. These small sales, I wonder if they are being obtained by someone who is not allowed to trade in Oz (on asx) because they are too close to the information they are using to trade. They really want to be under the radar. Or perhaps even NEED to be under the radar.
What are the rules for OTC vs an exchange? Our exchange is cowboy land, but maybe OTC is masks on, cash paid, script obtained. Is this the Lumos Bitcoin?
