i think a lot of us are wasting our time trying to google , there is no such co. for starters , what alarms me is, why would you go and have rigs built from scratch, when you can hire them , and start your drilling straight away ,but you know why they wont do that , cause they have no intention of drilling , its that simple.
the cap. he raises at 30% premium will go towards drill rigs , which will never be delivered ,and not into cvi acc. and he gets a cut.its the same recycled idea of how he makes his cash
