I believe LE ROUX INTERNATIONAL PROCESS AND DESIGN is correct as it is the only name on the registry that contains "INTERNATIONAL PROCESS AND DESIGN". Add to that the MS's email to budgettrader and you have it. They may have added LE ROUX to the name to give it some cred. although that website has only been around for a year and Google's earliest detection was in October. I believe MS has been a bit mischievous here yet again by not declaring the full name. Maybe the need for another amended ann. I wonder as well who may be behind LRIPAD ... maybe it's back to Teddy.
