what are you only about in your second point, I don't get You want the land start there. I see sale price bring hefty due to quatz. are you saying EPM can sell parts of the tenement for a hefty price? Or the whole tenement for quite a bit?
you'd think a sart investor looks at the whole package being offered, not one pit in one tenement and be oblivious to the rest. Then state that your 'role' here is to fact check and just take everyone's word on the other fine tenements EPM possesses
