now there's computers everywhere, solar is huge. You need silica in order to manufacture these items hence why back in the day, sand was worthless but now it's a huge industry. And its location to the USA is big. Biden has said he wants more semi conductor manufacturing capacity in the USA. He also wants resources to be close by, ivittuut is close by. Hence why some reckon it's undervalued.
