Quartz could be used in glass/industrial/polysilicon markets.
If the above video is correct, we are in the midst of a commodity shortage for the glass/industrial markets.
Note countries will be ramping up infrastructure projects to jump start economies.
Polysilicon is very much a strategic play now; requires cheap electricity to make it competitive. But geo-politics may turn it on it head.
imo, your calc is quite conservativelike if it only went to the glass market. The other two markets are much more .... interesting.
