The price is one thing; the supply of shares is not big enough for a material position at the low prices. Despite the 1.9B shares on issues i'd say only about <2-3% are being traded. If we hit 3 cents will probably see some uninformed holders sell out, so probably some more investor engagement may help spread the good news about the company's prospects. For those that have bunged their EPM in the draw, they will be in for a nice surprise.
