Steady on igoitz,
You are reading things into my post that simply are not there. I am not predicting that CMR is about to crash.
I was responding to the thread that pointed to a Bloomberg website stating that lead prices were about to fall through the floor. That triggered a number of concerned responses.
My post merely puts the recent rises in lead in context with an expected fall in the spot price possibly by more than 70%. If that happens then historically lead prices will still be relatively elevated.
The Ian Huntley analysis I posted gives a conservative value of around $7 for CMR and between $12 and $16 using spot prices.
I am not about to exit as my average buy-in price is $5.07. My timing proved somewhat unfortunate, however I am hoping that in 12 months time I will be well in the black.
