Anyhow, 'top line data' is a legal term meaning the audited, quality-controlled tables, listings and figures in reasonable and customary form reflecting all results of a Clinical Trial.
They said that that's what will be released and you are saying that that in not so, however, just because you say so it doesn't make it so.
They have a good track record and therefore I have good reasons to believe them and not you
