the DFS would look at costing on a significant moving average not on short term swings.. minimum 200 day MA
honestly i thought it was a very mediocre interview.. how he can get away with that waffle and have claimed the DFS was imminently due in april, and then may some months ago is beyond credibility.
The interviewer seemed to be struggling to read her queue cards and seemed totally out of her depth and uninformed, and he is now talking about DFS having a lot more than final touches to be done and at the earliest is months away. how did he get from being almost complete last march to nowhere near done 6 months later. really sloppy and a pathetic performance. can be summed up by "does not have his shit together".
I wouldnt be surprised if the entire project had to be recosted given the delays from the original timeline.
