To be fair, Mitchell resigned in December 2015 which was before the investigation into Landau began. In fact, he resigned at the time of the $6m cap raising and acquisition of the tyre mob.
Perhaps he wanted to distance himself from the others.
Also, he is an accountant, not a petroleum geologist.
