MIX is approacing 0.093 which is a yearly high.
No massive force employed, though ( very small volumes)
A break of this level on good volume,should push it swiftly to the mid teens.
Just some interesting stats:
MIX has been lagging the property sector by some 30% over 3 & 5 year periods.
The important bit....It is OUTPERFORMING the sector by a massive 100% over the last 12 months.
If we believe that there will be revival of REITS..We should buy the leaders in the trailing 12 months.
MIX is THE uncontested leader....by a country mile.
